Corner plot. Roof tiled in terracotta. Upper storey overhanging, supported by a bressummer beam. Three sash windows, later additions, two on the main elevation, one on the side elevation. Lower storey, shop front windows, possibly nineteenth century, although Pevsner suggests could be original, sitting on a plaster apron, running almost the full length of the building, broken only by upright plain wooden column supports, irregularly spaced and a recessed door at the corner of the main and side elevations.
